Review the 2026 or 2027 course schedule to find a start date that suits you. Green indicates availability. Fully booked months are shown in red — contact us to join the waiting list.

Fill in the online enrolment form on the relevant course page, or download and return a paper form. You will need: full name, date of birth, nationality, seafarer's discharge book number (if applicable), and contact details.

Course fees are payable before commencement. Payment can be made by bank transfer, mobile money, or in person at our Owerri office. Corporate and company-sponsored bookings are invoiced separately. Contact us for a fee schedule.

Arrive at our training centre in Owerri (or the agreed venue) on the confirmed start date. Bring your original identification documents, medical fitness certificate, and any prerequisite certificates. Training runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

On successful completion of assessments and practical exercises, you will receive your IMO-approved EMTIN certificate. Certificates are issued within five working days of course completion. STCW certificates are endorsed by the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
